The collection office, by exercising all the powers held by the debtor for the purpose of liquidating the debtor's rights, shall ensure, within the framework of the general provisions, that assets such as a usufruct right, an undivided inheritance or a share in property held in joint ownership become convertible into money. The provisions of this Law shall also apply to assets that have become convertible into money in this manner.

Tahsil dairesi, borçlunun haklarını tasfiye bakımından onun haiz olduğu bütün salahiyetleri kullanarak bir intifa hakkı veya taksim edilmemiş bir miras veya iştirak halinde tasarruf olunan bir mal hissesi gibi malların paraya çevrilebilir hale gelmesini genel hükümler dairesinde sağlar. Bu suretle paraya çevrilebilir hale gelen mallar hakkında da bu kanun hükümleri tatbik olunur.
