Salaries, allowances, wages of all kinds, rights of usufruct and their proceeds, maintenance payments not based on a court judgment, retirement pensions, and income granted by insurance and pension funds may be partially attached. However, the amount to be attached may not be more than one third nor less than one quarter thereof.
No more than one tenth of monthly income not exceeding the minimum wage may be attached.

Aylıklar, ödenekler, her çeşit ücretler, intifa hakları ve hasılatı, ilama bağlı olmayan nafakalar, emeklilik aylıkları, sigorta ve emeklilik sandıkları tarafından bağlanan gelirler kısmen haczolunabilir. Ancak haczolunacak miktar bunların üçte birinden çok dörtte birinden az olamaz.
Asgari ücreti aşmayan aylık gelirlerin onda birinden fazlası haczolunamaz.
