All kinds of unripe soil and tree crops may be attached within the two months preceding their time of ripening. The transfer to another person by the debtor of crops so attached shall be null and void as against the collection office that made the attachment and shall not prevent the continuation of the proceedings.
This provision shall not abolish the right which a creditor whose claim is secured by a mortgage on immovable property holds over the unripe crops of the immovable as integral parts thereof. However, the creditor must have requested proceedings for the realisation of the mortgage before the crops ripen.

Yetişmemiş her nevi toprak ve ağaç mahsulleri, yetişmeleri zamanından geriye doğru iki ay içinde haczolunabilir. Bu suretle haczedilmiş olan mahsullerin borçlu tarafından başkasına devri, haczi yapan tahsil dairesine karşı hükümsüz olup takibatın devamına engel olmaz.
Bu hüküm alacağı gayrimenkul rehni ile sağlanmış olan alacaklının, mütemmim cüz'ü olarak gayrimenkulün yetişmemiş mahsulleri üzerinde haiz olduğu hakkı kaldırmaz. Şu kadar ki, alacaklı rehnin paraya çevrilmesi için mahsullerin yetişmesinden önce takip isteğinde bulunmuş olmalıdır.
