Within the limits of the law, each spouse has the right to manage, enjoy and dispose of his or her personal property and acquired property.
Unless otherwise agreed, neither spouse may dispose of his or her share in co-owned property without the consent of the other.

Her eş, yasal sınırlar içerisinde kişisel malları ile edinilmiş mallarını yönetme, bunlardan yararlanma ve bunlar üzerinde tasarrufta bulunma hakkına sahiptir.
Aksine anlaşma olmadıkça, eşlerden biri diğerinin rızası olmadan paylı mülkiyet konusu maldaki payı üzerinde tasarrufta bulunamaz.
