Article 231: 4. Surplus value

Book Two: FAMILY LAW › Part One: LAW OF MARRIAGE › Chapter Four: MARITAL PROPERTY REGIME BETWEEN SPOUSES › Division Two: PARTICIPATION IN ACQUIRED PROPERTY A. Ownership

The surplus value is the amount remaining after deducting the debts relating to the acquired property from the total value of each spouse's acquired property, including the amounts obtained through additions and compensation.

A deficit shall not be taken into account.

MADDE 231 · 4. Artık değer

Artık değer, eklenmeden ve denkleştirmeden elde edilen miktarlar da dahil olmak üzere her eşin edinilmiş mallarının toplam değerinden bu mallara ilişkin borçlar çıkarıldıktan sonra kalan miktardır.

Değer eksilmesi göz önüne alınmaz.
