Article 561: I. Definition

Part Two: Special Obligational Relationships › Chapter Fourteen: Contracts of Deposit A. General contract of deposit

A contract of deposit is a contract whereby the depositary undertakes to keep in a safe place a movable entrusted to him or her by the depositor.

The depositary may claim a fee if this has been expressly stipulated or if the circumstances so require.

MADDE 561 · I. Tanımı

Saklama sözleşmesi, saklayanın, saklatanın kendisine bıraktığı bir taşınırı güvenli bir yerde koruma altına almayı üstlendiği sözleşmedir.

Açıkça öngörüldüğü veya durum ve koşullar gerektirdiği takdirde, saklayan ücret isteyebilir.
