(1) Where a petition submitted by a person to the competent public authorities in order to exercise a specific right is not accepted without a legal reason, imprisonment of up to six months shall be imposed on the offender.

MADDE 121 · Dilekçe hakkının kullanılmasının engellenmesi
(1) Kişinin belli bir hakkı kullanmak için yetkili kamu makamlarına verdiği dilekçenin hukuki bir neden olmaksızın kabul edilmemesi halinde, fail hakkında altı aya kadar hapis cezasına hükmolunur.
