(1) Security measures specific to legal persons shall be imposed on legal persons for whose benefit an unjust gain has been obtained as a result of the commission of the offences of threat, blackmail, use of force or deprivation of liberty.

MADDE 111 · Tüzel kişiler hakkında güvenlik tedbiri uygulanması
(1) Tehdit, şantaj, cebir veya kişiyi hürriyetinden yoksun kılma suçlarının işlenmesi sonucunda yararına haksız menfaat sağlanan tüzel kişiler hakkında bunlara özgü güvenlik tedbirlerine hükmolunur.
