Article 123: Disturbing the peace and tranquillity of persons

Book Two: Special Provisions › Part Two: Offences Against Persons › Chapter Seven: Offences against Liberty

(1) Where, solely for the purpose of disturbing the peace and tranquillity of a person, that person is persistently telephoned, noise is made, or any other unlawful conduct is engaged in for the same purpose, the offender shall, upon the complaint of the victim, be sentenced to imprisonment from three months to one year.

MADDE 123 · Kişilerin huzur ve sükununu bozma

(1) Sırf huzur ve sükûnunu bozmak maksadıyla bir kimseye ısrarla; telefon edilmesi, gürültü yapılması ya da aynı maksatla hukuka aykırı başka bir davranışta bulunulması halinde, mağdurun şikayeti üzerine faile üç aydan bir yıla kadar hapis cezası verilir.
