Article 162: Keeping the case file available for examination by the judge

Part Three: Written Procedure › Chapter Five: Taking of Evidence and Special Circumstances During the Taking of Evidence › Division Two: Hearing

(1) The court clerk shall be responsible for giving the case file to the judge for examination before the proceedings and whenever necessary, and for taking it back in full and in due time.

MADDE 162 · Dosyanın hâkimin incelemesine hazır tutulması

(1) Zabıt kâtibi, yargılamadan evvel ve gerektiği hâllerde dava dosyasını incelenmek için hâkime vermek ve zamanında eksiksiz almak ile görevlidir.
