Article 155: Signing of the minutes and the position of persons unable to sign

Part Three: Written Procedure › Chapter Five: Taking of Evidence and Special Circumstances During the Taking of Evidence › Division Two: Hearing

(1) The minutes shall be signed immediately by the judge and the court clerk.

(2) The fingerprint of a person who is unable to sign the minutes shall be taken, and it shall be stated to which finger it belongs. However, persons who have no fingers on their hands may use a seal or a special mark instead of a signature.

MADDE 155 · Tutanağın imzalanması ve imza atamayanların durumu

(1) Tutanak, hâkim ve zabıt kâtibi tarafından derhâl imzalanır.

(2) Tutanağa imza atamayacak durumda olan kimsenin parmak izi alınır, bunun hangi parmağa ait olduğu belirtilir. Ancak elinde parmak bulunmayanlar, imza yerine mühür veya özel işaret kullanabilirler.
