Article 160: Index of documents

Part Three: Written Procedure › Chapter Five: Taking of Evidence and Special Circumstances During the Taking of Evidence › Division Two: Hearing

(1) The court clerk shall be obliged to prepare an index showing every document in the case file. Documents submitted to or removed from the case file shall be entered in this index immediately.

MADDE 160 · Dizi listesi

(1) Zabıt kâtibi, dosya içindeki her tür belgeyi gösteren bir dizi listesi düzenlemek zorundadır. Dosyaya ibraz edilen veya çıkarılan belgeler derhâl bu listeye kaydedilir.
