Article 146: Clarification of the case through the existing evidence

Part Three: Written Procedure › Chapter Five: Taking of Evidence and Special Circumstances During the Taking of Evidence › Division One: Taking of Evidence

(1) If, after examining the evidence adduced by the parties, the court finds that the case has been sufficiently clarified for deliberation and judgment, it shall notify the parties that the taking of evidence has ended.

MADDE 146 · Mevcut delillerle davanın aydınlanması

(1) Mahkeme, taraflarca gösterilmiş olan delillerin incelenmesinden sonra, davanın muhakeme ve hüküm için yeterli derecede aydınlandığını anlarsa, tahkikatın bittiğini kendilerine bildirir.
