(1) Persons granted refugee, conditional refugee or subsidiary protection status shall be issued an identification document containing the foreigner identification number.
(2) Amended: 6/12/2019, Law No. 7196, Art. 85 The identification documents referred to in paragraph 1 shall not be subject to any fee and shall serve in lieu of a residence permit.
(3) Amended: 6/12/2019, Law No. 7196, Art. 85 The procedures and principles relating to the form, content and period of validity of the identification documents and their extension shall be regulated by the Ministry.

MADDE 83 · Uluslararası koruma statüsü sahibi kimlik belgesi
(1) Mülteci, şartlı mülteci ve ikincil koruma statüsü verilenlere yabancı kimlik numarasını içeren kimlik belgesi düzenlenir.
(2) (Değişik:6/12/2019-7196/85 md.) Birinci fıkradaki kimlik belgeleri hiçbir harca tabi olmayıp ikamet izni yerine geçer.
(3) (Değişik:6/12/2019-7196/85 md.) Kimlik belgelerinin şekil, içerik, geçerlilik süresi ile uzatılmasına ilişkin usul ve esaslar Bakanlıkça düzenlenir.
