(1) Where the applicant:
a) declares in writing that he or she withdraws the application,
b) fails to attend the interview three consecutive times without an excuse,
c) absconds from the place where he or she is held under administrative detention,
ç) without an excuse, fails to fulfil the reporting obligation three consecutive times, fails to go to the designated place of residence or leaves the place of residence without permission,
d) objects to the taking of his or her personal data,
e) fails to comply with his or her obligations during registration and interview,
the application shall be deemed withdrawn and the assessment shall be discontinued.

MADDE 77 · Başvurunun geri çekilmesi veya geri çekilmiş sayılması
(1) Başvuru sahibinin;
a) Başvurusunu geri çektiğini yazılı olarak beyan etmesi,
b) Mazeretsiz olarak mülakata üç defa üst üste gelmemesi,
c) İdari gözetim altında bulunduğu yerden kaçması,
ç) Mazeretsiz olarak; bildirim yükümlülüğünü üç defa üst üste yerine getirmemesi, belirlenen ikamet yerine gitmemesi veya ikamet yerini izinsiz terk etmesi,
d) Kişisel verilerinin alınmasına karşı çıkması,
e) Kayıt ve mülakattaki yükümlülüklerine uymaması,
hâllerinde başvurusu geri çekilmiş kabul edilerek değerlendirme durdurulur.
