(1) Refugees shall be issued, by governorships, the travel document specified in the Convention.
(2) Requests for travel documents by conditional refugees and persons holding subsidiary protection status shall be assessed within the framework of Article 18 of Law No. 5682.

MADDE 84 · Seyahat belgesi
(1) Mültecilere, valiliklerce Sözleşmede belirtilen seyahat belgesi düzenlenir.
(2) Şartlı mülteci ve ikincil koruma statüsü sahiplerinin seyahat belgesi talepleri 5682 sayılı Kanunun 18 inci maddesi çerçevesinde değerlendirilir.
