(1) An International Protection Applicant Identification Document, stating that the person has requested international protection and containing the foreigner identification number, shall be issued to the applicant whose registration procedures have been completed and to any accompanying family members. Amended sentence: 6/12/2019, Law No. 7196, Art. 83 The procedures and principles relating to the period of validity of the identification document and its extension shall be regulated by the Ministry.
(2) Repealed: 6/12/2019, Law No. 7196, Art. 83
(3) The form and content of the identification document shall be determined by the Directorate General.
(4) The identification document shall not be subject to any fee and shall serve in lieu of a residence permit.

MADDE 76 · Uluslararası koruma başvuru sahibi kimlik belgesi
(1) Kayıt işlemleri tamamlanan başvuru sahibine ve varsa birlikte geldiği aile üyelerine, uluslararası koruma talebinde bulunduğunu belirten ve yabancı kimlik numarasını içeren Uluslararası Koruma Başvuru Sahibi Kimlik Belgesi düzenlenir. (Değişik cümle:6/12/2019-7196/83 md.) Kimlik belgesinin geçerlilik süresi ile uzatılmasına ilişkin usul ve esaslar Bakanlıkça düzenlenir.

(3) Kimlik belgesinin şekli ve içeriği Genel Müdürlükçe belirlenir.
(4) Kimlik belgesi, hiçbir harca tabi olmayıp ikamet izni yerine geçer.
