The late payment surcharges in Article 51 of this Law shall also apply to those matured public receivables currently not subject to late payment surcharge which have not been paid on the date of publication of this Law and which are not paid within six months from the date of publication.

Bu kanunun 51 inci maddesindeki gecikme zamları, halen gecikme zammına tabi olmıyan muaccel amme alacaklarından bu kanunun neşri tarihinde ödenmemiş olanların, neşir tarihinden itibaren altı ay içinde ödenmiyenleri hakkında da tatbik olunur.
