Article 114

Part One: General Principles › Chapter One: Scope of the Law, terms, officers charged and competent persons

Public debtors on whom a payment order has been served and who declare that they have no property are obliged, together with that declaration or within 15 days from the date of the declaration:

1. To declare their latest legal residence and business addresses,

2. To declare, if any, the other collection offices and public administrations with which they have continuing tax liabilities and their account and registration numbers therein, and to provide a copy of their civil registry record.

Amended second paragraph: 23/1/2008, Law No. 5728, Art. 166 Those who fail to perform this duty in due time without a valid excuse shall be punished with a judicial fine of up to fifty days.

MADDE 114

Kendisine ödeme emri tebliğ olunan ve malı olmadığı yolunda bildirimde bulunan amme borçluları bu bildirim ile birlikte veya bildirim tarihinden itibaren 15 gün içinde:

1. En son kanuni ikametgah ve iş adreslerini,

2. Varsa devamlı mükellefiyetleri bulunan diğer tahsil dairelerini ve amme idarelerini ve bunlardaki hesap ve kayıt numaralarını bildirmek, nüfus kayıt suretini vermek mecburiyetindedirler.

(Değişik ikinci fıkra: 23/1/2008-5728/166 md.) Bu vazifeyi makbul bir özre dayanmadan zamanında yerine getirmeyenler elli güne kadar adlî para cezası ile cezalandırılır.
