Persons who make the declaration of assets required under this Law in a manner contrary to the truth, and persons whose lifestyle does not correspond to their declaration of assets, shall be punished with imprisonment from three months to one year.

Bu Kanuna göre istenen mal bildirimini gerçeğe aykırı surette yapanlarla, yaşayış tarzları mal bildirimine uymayanlar üç aydan bir yıla kadar hapis cezası ile cezalandırılır.
