Persons who, after making a declaration of assets in accordance with the procedure, have prevented or rendered more difficult the collection of a public receivable by failing to declare in due time, in accordance with the provisions of Article 61, the property acquired and the increases in their property of every kind and in their earnings and income, shall be punished with imprisonment of up to one year.

Usulü dairesinde mal bildiriminde bulunduktan sonra, edinilen mallarla, her türlü mallarında, kazanç ve gelirlerinde olan artmaları 61 inci madde hükümleri gereğince zamanında bildirmemek suretiyle amme alacağının tahsilini engellemiş veya zorlaştırmış olanlar bir seneye kadar hapis cezası ile cezalandırılır.
