Subsequent transactions relating to proceedings commenced under the Law on the Collection of Public Revenues (Tahsili Emval Kanunu) before the date on which this Law enters into force shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of this Law.

GEÇİCİ MADDE 1
Bu kanunun yürürlüğe girdiği tarihten evvel Tahsili Emval Kanununa göre başlamış takiplere ait mütaakıp muameleler bu kanunun hükümleri dairesinde cereyan eder.
