The chairperson and members of the sales commission and experts in the implementation of this Law, and likewise the chairpersons and members of objection commissions in deciding on matters referred to them in connection with the implementation of this Law, may not participate in matters relating to:
1. Themselves, their fiancés or fiancées, and their spouses even if divorced,
2. Their ascendants and descendants by blood or by marriage, their adopted children or the persons who adopted them, or their collateral relatives up to the third degree (that degree included) by blood and up to the third degree (that degree included) by marriage, even if the marriage establishing such relationship by marriage has ended,
3. Persons whose legal representatives or attorneys they are,
as regards the assessment procedures of such matters and the decisions to be taken on such matters.

MADDE 109
Bu kanunun tatbikına satış komisyonu reis ve azasiyle, bilirkişiler ve yine bu kanunun tatbikı münasebetiyle kendilerine intikal edecek hadiselerin karara bağlanmasında itiraz komisyonları reis ve azası:
1. Kendilerine, nişanlılarına ve boşanmış olsalar bile eşlerine,
2. Kan veya sıhri usul ve furuuna, evlatlığına veya kendisini evlat edinene yahut kan hısımlığında üçüncü (bu derece dahil), sıhri hısımlıkta bu hısımlığı meydana getiren evlenme ortadan kalkmış olsa bile üçüncü (bu derece dahil) dereceye kadar olan civar hısımlarına,
3. Kanuni temsilcisi veya vekili bulundukları kimselere,
ait işlerin takdir muamelelerine ve bu işler hakkında verilecek kararlara iştirak edemezler.
