The provisions of this Law shall also apply to foundation fixed dues (mukataa) and deferred rents (müeccele) assessed by the Directorate of Foundations and served on the persons liable personally or, where they cannot be found, by public notice, which are not paid within 10 days from the date of service.

Vakıflar İdaresince tahakkuk ettirilip mükelleflerine şahsan veya bulunamadıkları takdirde ilanen, tebliğ olunup da tebliğ tarihinden itibaren 10 gün içinde ödenmiyen vakıf mukataa ve müecceleleri hakkında da bu kanun hükümleri tatbik olunur.
