The persons concerned shall be notified to eliminate the hazards of debris or accumulations on plots, in houses and in other places that impair the health and safety of the public or are deemed objectionable in terms of urban planning, aesthetics or traffic, of facilities generating noise and smoke, and of private conduits, sewers, pits, wells, caves and the like, and not to allow these to arise.
If the notification is not complied with within the time limit specified in the notification, the hazard shall be eliminated by the municipality or the governorship; the cost shall be collected from the plot owner with an additional 20%, or the activities of those causing the hazard shall be stopped.
Added paragraph: 7/5/2026, Law No. 7579, Art. 13 Deficiencies identified in periodic inspections relating to fire safety shall be remedied within the period granted by the relevant administration, not exceeding six months, and a valid fire safety report shall be obtained. Deficiencies requiring substantial alteration shall be remedied with a licence or permit to be obtained from the relevant administration. The period to be granted by the relevant administration shall start from the date of the licence or permit.

Arsalarda, evlerde ve sair yerlerde umumun sağlık ve selametini ihlal eden, şehircilik, estetik veya trafik bakımından mahzurlu görülen enkaz veya birikintilerin, gürültü ve duman tevlideden tesislerin hususi mecra, lağım, çukur, kuyu; mağara ve benzerlerinin mahzurlarının giderilmesi ve bunların zuhuruna meydan verilmemesi ilgililere tebliğ edilir.
Tebliğde belirtilen müddet içinde tebliğe riayet edilmediği takdirde belediye veya valilikçe mahzur giderilir; masrafı % 20 fazlasiyle arsa sahibinden alınır veya mahzur tevlit edenlerin faaliyeti durdurulur.

Yangın güvenliğine yönelik periyodik kontrollerde tespit edilen eksiklikler altı aydan fazla olmamak üzere ilgili idaresince verilen süre içinde giderilerek geçerli yangın güvenlik raporu alınır. Esaslı tadilat gerektiren eksiklikler, ilgili idaresinden alınacak ruhsat veya izin ile yapılır. İlgili idaresince verilecek süre ruhsat veya izin tarihinden itibaren başlar.
