An employee leaving employment shall be given by the employer a certificate showing the type of work performed and its duration.
An employee who suffers damage because the certificate is not issued in due time or because it contains untrue information, or the new employer who hires the employee, may claim compensation from the former employer.
Such certificates are exempt from all kinds of duties and fees.

MADDE 28 · Çalışma belgesi
İşten ayrılan işçiye, işveren tarafından işinin çeşidinin ne olduğunu ve süresini gösteren bir belge verilir.
Belgenin vaktinde verilmemesinden veya belgede doğru olmayan bilgiler bulunmasından zarar gören işçi veyahut işçiyi işine alan yeni işveren eski işverenden tazminat isteyebilir.
Bu belgeler her türlü resim ve harçtan muaftır.
