Article 433: b. During the probationary period

Part Two: Special Obligational Relationships › Chapter Six: Contracts of Service › Division One: General Contract of Service

The parties may stipulate a probationary period in the contract of service, provided that it does not exceed two months. Where a probationary period has been stipulated, the parties may, within that period, terminate the contract of service without compensation and without being obliged to observe the notice period.

The employee's wages and other rights for the days worked are reserved.

MADDE 433 · b. Deneme süresi içinde

Taraflar, hizmet sözleşmesine iki ayı aşmamak koşuluyla deneme süresi koyabilirler. Deneme süresi konulmuşsa taraflar, bu süre içinde fesih süresine uymak zorunda olmaksızın, hizmet sözleşmesini tazminatsız feshedebilirler.

İşçinin çalıştığı günler için ücret ve diğer hakları saklıdır.
