Upon the termination of the contract, each party shall be obliged to return to the other whatever it has received in connection with the service from the other party or from a third party on behalf of the other party.
The employee shall in particular be obliged to return motor vehicles and traffic permit documents, and advances on wages and expenses to the extent that they exceed his claims.
The parties' rights of retention are reserved.

MADDE 443 · 2. Geri verme yükümlülüğü
Sözleşmenin sona ermesi durumunda, taraflardan her biri, diğerinden veya üçüncü bir kişiden diğerinin hesabına, hizmetle ilişkili olarak almış olduğu şeyleri geri vermekle yükümlüdür.
İşçi, özellikle motorlu taşıtları ve trafik izin belgelerini, alacaklarından fazla olduğu ölçüde ücret ve masraf avanslarını geri vermekle yükümlüdür.
Tarafların hapis hakları saklıdır.
