Article 50

Chapter One: General Provisions

After the entry into force of this Law, no servitude may be established under the Civil Code or other laws in order to enable one of the co-owners of an immovable to benefit alone from a part of that immovable as if he were a condominium owner.

Condominium ownership may not be established in buildings that are not entirely of masonry construction.

Bu kanun yürürlüğe girdikten sonra Medeni Kanuna ve diğer kanunlara göre, bir gayrimenkulün paydaşlarından birinin o gayrimenkulün bir bölümünden kat maliki gibi tek başına faydalanmasını sağlamak için irtifak hakkı kurulamaz.

Tümü kârgir olmıyan yapılarda kat mülkiyeti kurulamaz.
