Chapter Three: Wages
An employee who is unable to work or is not made to work due to the compelling reasons set out in subparagraphs (III) of Articles 24 and 25 shall be paid half wages for each day of this waiting period, up to one week.

MADDE 40 · Yarım ücret
24 ve 25 inci maddelerin (III) numaralı bentlerinde gösterilen zorlayıcı sebepler dolayısıyla çalışamayan veya çalıştırılmayan işçiye bu bekleme süresi içinde bir haftaya kadar her gün için yarım ücret ödenir.
