Condominium ownership and construction servitude shall be registered in the condominium register to be kept in accordance with the Land Registry Bylaw. Unless otherwise provided in this Law, the general provisions on registration shall also apply to registrations to be made in the condominium register.
In places where cadastral survey has not yet been carried out, condominium ownership and construction servitude shall be registered, according to the form set out in the Land Registry Bylaw, in a Condominium Minutes Book to be kept separately.

Kat mülkiyeti ve kat irtifakı, Tapu Sicili Tüzüğüne göre tutulacak kat mülkiyeti kütüğüne tescil olunur. Bu Kanunda aksine hüküm olmadıkça, tescille ilgili genel hükümler, kat mülkiyeti kütüğüne yapılacak tescillerde de uygulanır.
Henüz kadastrosu yapılmamış olan yerlerde kat mülkiyeti ve kat irtifakı, Tapu Sicili Tüzüğündeki formüle göre, ayrıca tutulacak Kat Mülkiyeti Zabıt Defterine tescil olunur.
