Condominium owners shall own all the common areas of the main property, in proportion to their land shares, in accordance with the provisions on co-ownership.
Condominium owners shall have a right of use in the common areas; unless otherwise agreed by contract, the extent of this right in places such as the general coal store, garage, terrace, laundry room and laundry drying areas shall be proportional to the land share of each condominium owner.

Kat malikleri anagayrimenkulün bütün ortak yerlerine, arsa payları oranında, ortak mülkiyet hükümlerine göre malik olurlar.
Kat malikleri ortak yerlerde kullanma hakkına sahiptirler; bu hakkın genel kömürlük, garaj, teras, çamaşırhane ve çamaşır kurutma alanları gibi yerlerdeki ölçüsü, aksine sözleşme olmadıkça, her kat malikine ait arsa payı ile oranlıdır.
B) Kat irtifakı sahibinin hakları:
