The management plan shall regulate the manner of management, the purpose and manner of use, the remuneration to be received by the manager and the auditors and other matters relating to management. The management plan shall have the force of a contract binding on all condominium owners.
In cases where there is no provision in the management plan, disputes arising from the management of the main immovable property shall be decided in accordance with this Law and the general provisions.
Amended: 13/4/1983, Law No. 2814, Art. 11 The vote of four fifths of all condominium owners is required for the amendment of the management plan. The right of the condominium owners to apply to the court under Article 33 is reserved.
The management plan and the amendments made to it shall bind all condominium owners, their universal and singular successors, and the manager and the auditors.
The dates of the management plan and of the amendments subsequently made to it shall be shown in the (Declarations) column of the condominium ownership register, and these amendments shall be attached to the management plan and kept among the documents establishing the condominium ownership.

Yönetim planı yönetim tarzını, kullanma maksat ve şeklini yönetici ve denetçilerin alacakları ücreti ve yönetime ait diğer hususları düzenler.Yönetim planı, bütün kat maliklerini bağlıyan bir sözleşme hükmündedir.
Yönetim planında hüküm bulunmıyan hallerde, anagayrimenkulün yönetiminden doğacak anlaşmazlıklar bu kanuna ve genel hükümlere göre karara bağlanır.
(Değişik: 13/4/1983 - 2814/11 md.) Yönetim planının değiştirilmesi için bütün kat maliklerinin beşte dördünün oyu şarttır. Kat maliklerinin 33 üncü maddeye göre mahkemeye başvurma hakları saklıdır.
Yönetim planı ve bunda yapılan değişiklikler, bütün kat malikleriyle onların külli ve cüzi haleflerini ve yönetici ve denetçileri bağlar.
Yönetim planının ve onda sonradan yapılan değişikliklerin tarihi, kat mülkiyeti kütüğünün (Beyanlar) hanesinde gösterilir ve bu değişiklikler yönetim planına bağlanarak kat mülkiyetinin kuruluş belgeleri arasında saklanır.
